Shipping, Returns & Exchange
We ship all our domestic shipments with PostNL and with Track & Trace. The costs are € 5.50 and free when you order for more than € 99. Our foreign shipments are often sent with DPD.
At Combatshop applies: not good, money back. After receiving your order you have 14 days to cancel the purchase. You can choose to return your order by mail or return it to our store in IJsselstein (UT).
The only condition we set for the articles is that all items are unused and in original condition. Of course you can fit the articles. If they do not like you, you can return them without giving any reason. If you damage the product, we may charge you for this. Do not forget to fill in the return form that you received with your order and to send it / send it with your return. That ensures the fastest handling of your return shipment. Returns can be made free of charge through our store.
Customers who have paid with AfterPay can not return their order in exchange for money. The refund will always take place through AfterPay.
In the case of return by post or via our store, we will refund the purchase price including delivery costs as soon as possible but no later than within 14 days. If you only return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. When returning an order that has been placed in our store, you will immediately receive your cash back when you return in the store or we can refund the amount to your bank account via your own debit card. We have the possibility to 'return-pins' in our store. What you paid per pin can therefore also be paid back again by pin.
When the articles are received in good order you will receive a confirmation email with the amount you will receive back.
Return by post
If you choose to return your order by post you can do so via the return form provided. If you do not have it anymore you can download it here. Enter the return form as completely as possible. Pack the items together with the return receipt and bring the package to the post office. If you have returned your items by post, after receipt, the amount paid including the costs for delivery will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days.

Return to our store
You can bring your order to our store in IJsselstein free of charge. Take the articles and the return form filled in and everything will be arranged for you. We can process your return directly, from acceptance to reimbursement. Please note: online payments are refunded online, we can not return cash with an online order.
Please note: No costs will be refunded in the store, you will receive the refund on your bank, Paypal or credit card account.
We refund the amount of the article and you can make a new purchase online or in the store. If you have ordered a wrong size or color you have to place an order again in our webshop or in our store.
